More Areas to Hike

You're going to want to come back here again and again. While not technically just in Oregon, the Wallowa-Whitman National forest reaches into Idaho and Washington and contains 2.3 million acres.

An Oregon hiking blog wouldn't be complete without including the hikes in the Columbia River Gorge. The "waterfall corridor" includes many stunning waterfall hikes between Troutdale and Cascade Locks.

There are plenty of short hikes around the Portland Metropolitan area without having to drive outside the city limits.
